Yes. After each visit, you’ll receive a detailed update both through email and directly in your client app. Updates include visit notes, photos, GPS-tracked visit information, potty and meal updates, medication confirmations, and highlights from your pet’s visit so you always know your pets are safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away.

We remain calm, responsive, and proactive in urgent situations. We ask you about your priorities in emergency care situations during orientation and keep an emergency vet release on file to handle these rare situations.
