Absolutely. We believe every successful pet sitting relationship starts with trust and connection. Meet-and-greets allow us to learn about your pets’ routines, personalities, preferences, and care needs while helping your pets become comfortable with our team before services begin.

What types of pets do you care for?

Every and all species:  Dogs, Cats, Birds, Reptiles, Horses, Donkeys, Chickens, Tarantulas, Snakes, Rats, Ferrets.   We've cared for almost everything!    Clare's experience as a wildlife biologist, bird owner, dog owner, and cat owner has led her to be able to care for anything!

Do you send updates and photos?

Yes. After each visit, you’ll receive a detailed update both through email and directly in your client app. Updates include visit notes, photos, GPS-tracked visit information, potty and meal updates, medication confirmations, and highlights from your pet’s visit so you always know your pets are safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away.

How do I book pet sitting services?

Getting started is easy. Simply send us a message through our "Contact Us" page and we’ll get started from there. Once we receive your information, we’ll reach out to learn more about your pets, discuss your care needs, and schedule a meet-and-greet if we’re a good fit.

Once you become an active client, booking future services is simple and convenient through your client portal, where you can easily submit visit requests, view your schedule, update pet information, and manage your account.

What happens during a pet sitting visit?

Every visit is tailored to your pet’s needs and routine. Visits may include feeding, fresh water, potty breaks, walks, enrichment activities, playtime, medication administration, litter box or yard cleanup, cuddles, companionship, and a personalized update for you afterward.

We focus on creating a calm, positive experience that helps your pets feel comfortable, secure, and cared for while you are away.

We use Time To Pet to keep scheduling and communication simple for you. In your client portal and app, you can request bookings, view detailed visit reports, see GPS-tracked updates, receive photos and pet care notes, update your pet’s information, and message our team directly.

Yes. We are experienced with many types of medication administration, including pills, liquid medications, topical treatments, and specialized senior pet routines. Your pet’s comfort and safety are always handled with patience, care, and close attention to instructions.

How often should dogs be let out during the day?

Every dog’s needs are different depending on age, health, energy level, and routine. Most adult dogs benefit from being let out every 4–8 hours, while puppies, senior dogs, and dogs with medical needs may require more frequent potty breaks and supervision.

How long can cats safely be left alone?

What happens in an emergency?

Your pet’s safety always comes first. In the event of an emergency, we immediately contact you and your veterinarian while taking appropriate action to ensure your pet receives prompt care. We remain calm, responsive, and proactive in urgent situations.  We ask you about your priorities in emergency care situations during orientation and keep an emergency vet release on file to handle these rare situations.
